Keterangan Alur Kerja Sistem :

Preparation Pekerjaan yang dilakukan menyiapkan pada tahap ini adalah dokumen-dokumen yang akan di konversikan dari hardcopy ke softcopy (scanning). Scanning Process : Pekerjaan yang dilakukan pada tahap ini adalah mengkonversikan dokumen-dokumen yang telah disiapkan tersebut menjadi softcopy. Indexing Pekerjaan yang melakukan entry data kedalam field-field yang telah kita tentukan sebagai key field untuk proses pencarian (searching). Build and Backup Database Pekerjaan yang dilakukan dalam tahap ini adalah melakukan build database ke media storage yang ada digunakan, dan Data tersebut dapat di Backup ke media penyimpanan lainnya (CDROM, DVD, MO). User Searching selanjutnya user dapat menggunakan database tersebut untuk proses pencarian document atau document searching.
